Reservations ("the app", "we") is made by Everjar. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.
gmail.readonly scope to search your mailbox for booking-related messages (for example confirmations, itineraries and tickets from the last 180 days) and to read the matching messages. We also see your Google account email address so we can show which account is connected.Gmail data is used for one purpose: to identify booking confirmations and extract reservation details (type, title, date and time, place, confirmation code, status) so they can be shown to you in the app. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Reservations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your reservations and account details are stored on your device. Gmail authorization tokens are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes this data. Email content processed by the extraction service is held only in memory for the duration of the request.
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. The extraction service verifies your Google access token before processing a request. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we access and keep as little as possible.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
